Description Figures are more than just data for you – they are the key to strategic decisions and sustainable success. As a Business Unit Controller, you translate complex financial data into clear recommendations and work closely with our business team.

• You can manage commercial goals as well as detailed deviation analyses and action tracking to improve performance sustainably.
• With your strong numerical understanding, you conduct precise cost-effectiveness analyses, well-founded project calculations and insightful competitive analyses.
• As a central contact person, you can consult the management of the Business Unit, the management levels and the global sales organisations.
• They coordinate the business plan cycle within the business unit – from forecasts to business plan.
• In addition, create long-term planning taking into account and integrating strategic measures.
• Last but not least, you continuously identify and realize potential improvements in your area of responsibility in order to optimize processes and results in a sustainable manner.

Qualifications

• Education: completed studies in the field of economics, economics, economic engineering, or comparable course of study with a focus on controlling
• experience and know-how: multi-year knowledge and practical experience in controlling; commercial understanding and affinity for IT tools such as SAP, MS Office and AI
• Personality and working methods: You can work precisely even under time pressure and you always show your own initiative to advance solutions; They quickly capture complex processes and can communicate them clearly and understandably; Your reliable and solution-oriented mode of operation distinguish you, you work systematically and targeted and you also keep an overview of complex tasks
