You guide the team of commercial measuring points management in the department of measuring points management and are contact persons:in currently 17 team members You ensure that all relevant legal requirements and requirements are complied with within the framework of the cross-spard administration of the counter movements and, where appropriate, conduct necessary measures or Action fields in coordination with the team With this, you ensure the timely billing capability of the counter systems in the ERP system You are responsible for the inventory of our devices as well as their data quality in our systems including a central monitoring of our entire counter movements You are constantly analyzing the existing processes and are versed in optimizing them together with the team and also digitally mapping all counter movements You ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and rapid, fall-close processing of our counter movements In your function (sub-)project management for the commercial measuring point management, you are also able to take responsibility for cross-departmental projects in appropriate project structures You actively promote the stability of the team through clear tasks and structures as well as the targeted further development and knowledge promotion of the team members

You have completed technical or business studies or technical/commercial training with appropriate professional experience in the energy industry You bring leadership experience and are ready to actively shape our corporate and leadership culture You have a high degree of process affinity and experience in in interdisciplinary cooperation within the framework of projects You are versed in data analysis and understand how to translate regulatory requirements into action fields for the team You possess an analytical ability to think, a high communication capability and a pronounced degree of diplomacy and empathy A responsible and independent way of working, reliability, resilience and team skills complete your profile
