You are an integral part of a team working on the use of digital forms in the field of statutory health insurance (GKV). Together with your team, you will be able to develop and address solutions that can be used by the insurers. This allows you to significantly shape the health system of tomorrow. We focus on state-of-the-art technology, teamwork, creativity and focus on the user experience of our services. As a consultant Valuny GPT, you accompany our customers in the introduction, development and operation of AI-based knowledge management. You work at the interface between expertise, customer requirements and technical possibilities and develop solutions together with our customers that create real added value in everyday work. Advising customers in the introduction, development and organizational establishment of Valuny GPT as well as accompaniment from the first idea to productive use. Analysis of technical requirements and development of suitable use cases for the use of AI, specialist agents and customer-specific knowledge solutions. Conception, configuration and optimization of specialist agents as well as support in building own agents and knowledge areas. Implementation of workshops, training and assignments for customers and key users, as well as placement of opportunities and framework conditions when using AI. Testing new agents and functionalities, developing suitable test cases as well as joint evaluation and quality assurance with customers. Recording, technical evaluation and further development of customer requirements in close cooperation with product management, development and technical teams. Participation in the technical design and implementation of integrations, especially in the connection of knowledge sources, systems and interfaces, as well as in the creation of concepts, performance descriptions and calculations for customer-specific Valuny-GPT solutions.

Experience in customer consulting as well as in the recording, structuring and translation of professional requirements in implementable solutions. Good understanding of the practical use of AI and great interest in current developments in generative AI, LLMs and AI Agents. Ability to explain complex technical and technical relationships in a comprehensible manner – both to technical users and to technical contact persons. Process-oriented thinking and a good sense of what workflows and use cases AI can create a concrete added value. Technical understanding and interest in not only describing requirements, but also shaping their technical implementation and integration. Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation as well as the ability to keep track of multiple parallel customer requirements. Experience in the environment of knowledge management, digital assistance systems or the introduction of AI solutions in companies. Knowledge of health care or an understanding of the specific requirements of statutory health insurance. Basic knowledge of APIs, interfaces, data flows and the connection of systems or sources of knowledge and the willingness to continue working in technical contexts.
