Head of Data Technology / Security & IT Systems (m/f/d)

General responsibility for the department (commercial and technical); Ensuring performance, quality and compliance with relevant regulations, standards and internal guidelines Construction and continuous development of the department as well as the service and project offer in the field of data technology / security technology Acquisition of new customers and maintenance and development of existing customer relationships in close cooperation with sales Leadership, motivation and professional development of the team incl. Personnel and capacity planning Optimization of project and service processes to ensure quality, schedule and traceability representation of the department to customers, suppliers, authorities and internal interfaces Monitoring relevant key figures (KPIs) and deriving continuous improvement measures Takeover of project management for strategically relevant projects ensuring confidentiality, integrity and work security; Participation in required reliability tests

Complete studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, technical management or alternatively a comparable technical qualification with business know-how Multiannual leadership experience (ideally 3–5 years) in a structured organisation Experience in data technology, IT/information technology security or safety-relevant electrical engineering (e.g. video, access or network systems) Outstanding leadership and coaching skills as well as experience in developing teams Entrepreneurial thinking, business understanding and process affinity High integrity, reliability and discretion in handling customers, authorities and partners Hands-on-Mentality and willingness to participate in technical work Communication strength, customer orientation and mobility for occasional customer appointments
