Analysis, control and optimization of cross-departmental E2E processes in the SAP S/4HANA and R/3 environment Use of current and future monitoring tools for process analysis Increase system transparency through tracing, metrics and observability concepts Coordination of disorder elimination incl. Implementation of vulnerabilities and causes analyses Further development of existing monitoring systems with focus on E2E business processes Preparation and support of projects and system upgrades (e.g. due to fault analyses) Close cooperation with business and IT teams to identify and implement optimization potentials
