• Keep an overview of consumables, furniture and spare parts and ensure smooth reorders.
• Ensure order, control and movement in the warehouse – from stock receipt to regular damage check.
• Accompanying subcontractors on the premises, coordinate their activities and be a reliable contact person.
• ✍️ Document all goods movements and stocks directly and carefully in the ERP system.
• Lead complaints solution-oriented for clarification and help resolve problems quickly and professionally.
• Excess responsibility for the furniture stock and inventory as a conscientious inventory officer. Your profile
• You have a completed training in the warehouse or logistics area – alternatively a technical background.
• You bring experience with ERP systems (Navision of advantage) and safely with MS Office.
• Technical understanding of drawings and the processes in the warehouse as a logical system are of course for you.
• Ideally you have a valid fork certificate.
• You work structured, reliable and independent – even in turbulent situations.
• As a team player, you will be able to convince yourself with an innovative and clear communication (very good knowledge of German, solid knowledge of English B2). You can look forward to this:
