You support the performance-oriented management and development of your region You measure, compare and understand the operation with the help of a KPI dashboard and thus contribute to efficient control You support the operational areas in evaluating the cost-effectiveness of customer and after-contracting Up-to-date monitoring of budgets and creation of rolling forecasts You take responsibility for the PMO and thus manage the relevant projects for the development of the area You design and implement opinions and recommendations for action on industry-specific requirements

Completed study or comparable qualification Multiannual industry experience in commercial functions Services, real estate or construction Embossed understanding of service business models Secure handling of MS Office and ERP software, SAP (including CO, SAC) High analytical skills and safe handling of analysis tools Self-safe appearance and viability Economic, objective and outcome-oriented thinking and action
