Come in, step in! Crib children to the left, elementary children to the right! Each age group has its own house in our Elfsaal nursery in Jenfeld. In the garden we meet for the common game. Here, the fruits and vegetables are planted together in the heart. The rooms in our kitas are creative and learning landscapes for children and offer you the opportunity to fully develop your ideas and potential in your role as educators. The concept of open pedagogy of mindfulness corresponds to our approaches to the development of children. Self-perception, self-determination, self-confidence and self-responsibility are the focus. We place great emphasis on professional team communication and support these in coachings as needed. The promotion of individual possibilities of development, the specialization of specialist areas and the professional development of skilled workers are our fundamental concerns.

A completed training as an educator is absolutely necessary. A focus in one of the seven educational areas of the Hamburg educational guidelines is desirable, but we do not require it. Openness, willingness to learn and teamwork as well as knowledge, experiences or interest in the field of open pedagogy of mindfulness complete your profile.
