Creating, maintaining and updating schedules for planning and execution Development of construction processes, construction phases and logistics concepts Participation in work preparation and optimization of construction processes Analysis of event risks, critical processes and project dependencies Implementation of time, resource and capacity analyses Coordination of interfaces between planning, execution, purchasing and subcontractors Creation of future forecasts and implementation of target-actual comparisons Support for stoppage, commissioning and traffic phase planning Preparation of decision bases and project reports for project management Participation in the development of processes, methods and standards in project management

Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the fields of scheduling, work preparation, construction management or project management Ideally experience in infrastructure, railway, engineering or large projects Good knowledge of MS Project, TILOS or comparable scheduling tools Funded understanding of building processes, resource planning and project related relationships Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Embossed communication and team skills High level of initiative as well as joy in cooperation in interdisciplinary project teams Good German knowledge
