You calculate 2D and 3D heat bridges to prevent baptismal water or mould formation. You'll start GEG nights for residential and non-residential buildings. You'll create evidence of equivalence for compliance with building regulations. You are actively working in new buildings and in the refurbishment of existing buildings in the fields of solid construction, wood construction, wood hybrid and industrial construction. You carry out thermal-hygical simulations to evaluate summer heat protection and comfort. You will participate in certifications for sustainable building (DGNB).

You have successfully completed your studies in civil engineering, building physics, energy and building technology or a comparable qualification. You bring at least 5 years of practical professional experience in thermal building physics. You have ideally knowledge of building and space acoustics. You are safe in calculating heat bridges and thermal simulations. You are familiar with funding programs (KfW, BAFA), energy consulting and individual renovation plans (iSFP) and implement them. Your knowledge of German is reliable, additional knowledge of English is desirable.
