You accompany the planning phases of innovation projects from the point of view of the facility management You develop necessary concepts including their potential analyses and create business and use cases for our innovative business activities and keeps potential investment and operating costs in mind You automatically evaluiate industry-related developments and introduce market impulses for our business areas You actively contribute your ideas, thoughts and skills in subprojects in various roles and take responsibility You prepare for our management

You have at least three years relevant professional experience in the field of large projects You can present relevant practical and project experiences, ideally in the digital/consultation industry An efficient and result-oriented way of working out You are a structured personality with a high self-initiative You are a communication talent You have very good knowledge in common office applications, especially in the spreadsheet and presentation creation, and willingness to work quickly into our new Google Workspace You have a degree or a comparable qualification You speak fluent German and English You are passionate about innovation, automation, AI, and the digital transformation and you want to participate in a major project in the heart of Heilbronn
