You want to control in a dynamic market environment and want to take responsibility in the further development of the controlling. You control planning processes and profitability analyses within the ECE Marketplaces and also think about them for our international companies. You want to question processes and optimize them with a view to current trends. You take care of the topics relating to the shopping center business and are in the Sparring with the professionally responsible person. You act as a business partner and take project-specific analysis topics.

You have a completed study of BWL, economic engineering, informatics or comparable. Optimally, you bring knowledge of IFRS accounting. You have already worked in the controlling or in the consulting area of an auditing company and ideally bring knowledge of the real estate industry. You bring your analytical skills, fun in designing and developing reports, your IT affinity and a strong understanding of services to our dynamic team.
