In the ''Corporate Culture & Responsibility'' department, you support the ''Diversity & Inclusion'' team in all operational and administrative tasks The planning, organisation and coordination of projects and events on diversity and inclusion, as well as the support of the respective employees networks, are among your tasks In addition, you conduct research on diversity & inclusion and evaluate surveys and data You also support project communication and information exchange between project participants and internal interfaces You'll start presentations, decision templates and reportings and take over the documentation in diversity management In addition, you write texts for company-internal and external publications You also take over the management of your own small projects If necessary, you can also support in other areas of the “Corporate Culture & Responsibility” department, e.g. in Health Management / Wellbeing, Climate Protection or CSR / Volunteering.

You are a student (m/w/d) of a communicative, intellectual, social, or business You also have knowledge and experience in project management and writing texts With the entire MS Office package you are sure to go around and at best have first experiences in Sharepoint In addition, you have a high level of quality, work bindingly and reliably and bring a good sense to people and their individual challenges with Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills as well as good English skills complete your profile.
