My tasks: I worked systematically to identify hazards proactively and preventively (e.g. through risk assessments and hazard analysis of workplaces) and, if necessary, to conduct necessary protective measures and carry out effective control; I formulate the rules and regulations, health & safety and fire safety plans, in accordance with professional regulations, As a specialist in safety at work, I carry out controls in the plants with the fire protection workers and I agree closely with the firefighters, I implement occupational health management in cooperation with the occupational physician in the regional centre, I establish training plans and support managers in training and other appropriate measures to ensure that rules and regulations are observed in everyday life; I monitor compliance with rules and regulations, establish audit and control regimes and accompany certifications (e.g. ISO 45001), I develop a location-based reporting to make the IST stand transparent internally and externally, I actively support the leading specialist in occupational safety in the implementation of the cross-company Health & Safety regulations as well as their further development and work closely with the central area of corporate governance (including occupational safety and health protection) as well as with the professionals for occupational safety in the individual regional centres in our area of supply.
