Close cooperation with the management as well as the regional and sectoral management as Sparring partners:in at eye level Management and coordination of planning, budgeting, forecasts and reporting for the group of companies in close coordination with the departments Analysis of business development and derivation of concrete recommendations for management Development of KPIs, cost-effectiveness calculations and business cases as a sound basis of decision Work with Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI as well as active development of automation and standardization Accompanying monthly, quarterly and annual accounts in cooperation with accounting Close coordination with the participation controlling of the Mainova Group and ensuring consistent reporting Preparation of decision-relevant financial documents and presentations for management and shareholder meetings Own takeover of projects and special topics (e.g. investments or M&A activities) Working in a small, powerful controlling team with high design playroom
