Logistics Management (m/f/d)

Professional and organizational management of commercial and commercial employees in the logistics sector Planning, prioritization and delegation of tasks and coordination with internal interfaces Responsibility for results, performance and achievement of the department Control and continuous optimization of internal processes and logistics processes Ensuring efficient, economic and environmentally friendly internal flow of goods Development of the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics in the sense of KVP and Lean Management Development and specification of KPI and implementation of Shopfloor Management at different levels of leadership Introduction and follow-up of measures for quality deviations Creation of budget and investment planning in line with the supervisor Organisation and ensuring proper inventory in compliance with SOX requirements Support in the organisation of day-to-day operations with internal and external partners Advising Masters in Personnel and Layer Planning and Conducting Staff Talks Promoting employee development in cooperation with the HR department Ensuring and further developing work security measures together with SIFA and security officers Coordination with the Works Council on relevant human and organisational issues Analysis and optimization of stocks and development of a stock management concept Description and updating of processes, work instructions and role responsibilities Organisation of statutory safety checks (e.g. UVV and shelf checks) Contact person (m/w/d) for technical questions within the department and interface partners Model function through a motivating and value-estimating guiding style

Complete Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Similar – Ideally with Focus on Logistics or Supply Chain Management Multiannual professional experience (at least 3 years) in a middle management position Knowledge of logistical and material economic processes Embossed leadership and communication skills Structured, solution-oriented and independent mode of operation Very good user knowledge in MS Office and ideally proALPHA
