Project Management Organizational and Structural Fire Protection / Fire Protection Officer (m/f/d)

Consultation: External stakeholders, including builders, architects and expert planners, to advise on fire protection issues, are in your area of responsibility. Construction measures: When planning and implementing structural measures, you support to ensure fire protection. You take over the specialist project management for construction projects at LBBW and control fire protection planning by external specialist planners. Fire protection technical opinions: You provide fire protection opinions on issues of preventive fire protection for the LBBW properties. Construction planning and monitoring: You accompany the fire-protection planning and carry out the construction monitoring. Fire prevention shows: You coordinate and accompany fire prevention shows in the objects of the LBBW. Fire protection officers: You coordinate the missions as part of the activity as fire protection officers and conduct them regularly independently in the Stuttgart area. In addition, you perform the tasks of a fire protection officer in accordance with vfdb Directive 12-09/01. Control of regulations: You monitor and control compliance with fire protection regulations in LBBW's properties. Documentation: Comprehensively document all fire protection measures and events in the LBBW properties. Escape and rescue plans: Coordination of the creation of escape and rescue plans for the different objects. Fire protection templates: You coordinate and monitor the creation of fire protection templates such as fire protection plans, escape and rescue plans and firefighter plans. Building reviews: By implementing the building assessments and inventory analyses, you initiate appropriate measures. Fire protection exercises: For safety in serious cases, you coordinate fire protection exercises and training for LBBW employees. Cooperation: You work with the competent authorities, fire brigades and internal departments of LBBW.

Education: You have completed your studies in the field of civil engineering/architecture, a degree with a focus on fire protection/security technology or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you will bring a relevant qualification as well as several years of professional experience as fire protection officer. Additional training: Additional training in fire protection (e.g. as a specialist planner for preventive fire protection) is desirable. Qualified: Multiannual professional experience in the field of fire protection planning or as fire protection officer according to vfdb-RL 12-09/01 you could already collect. Quality standards: You have a well-founded knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations (e.g. DIN, VdS, national regulations) IT knowledge: Safe handling of the common office applications (knowledge in CAD would be advantageous) Working methods: Their working methods are structured, quality-conscious and result-oriented. Communication and team skills: Your strong communication and team skills are yours. Responsibility and enforcement: A high level of sense of responsibility and enforcement is your own. Teamwork: You work independently and have a strong team orientation. Development: You show willingness to continue and further education. Fire protection practice: Experience in the defense of fire protection, for example by commitment to the volunteer fire brigade, is advantageous.
