Consultant Restructuring (m/f/d)

Variety: From the first day challenging projects and direct client contact. As part of our team, you support medium-sized companies from all industries and help them safely manage through challenging situations and develop future solutions. Reorientation: You accompany clients in restructuring, refurbishment and insolvenz (close) situations, e.g. through the creation of refurbishment concepts according to IDW S6, insolvency maturity checks according to IDW S11, protective shield certificates or by support in (distressed) M&A processes. Analysis: You create comprehensive financial and business analyses, prepare meaningful key figures and support the assessment of business models and the identification of causes of crises in order to accompany the strategic repositioning of our clients. Potentials: In addition to the preparation of meaningful key figures, you support the identification of financial and performance measures. Planning to plausibility and develop: Your tasks include the participation in the creation and plausibility of existing corporate planning (e.g. in the context of the Going-Concern exam), integrated planning models (Financial Modelling) and short-term liquidity planning. Research: You conduct independent market and competition analyses and create benchmarking comparisons.

Studies: You have successfully completed your studies in business or economics, economic law or industrial engineering – ideally with focus on restructuring, corporate finance, accounting & controlling or insolvency law. Practical experience: You bring first relevant practical experiences from the consulting field, auditing or corporate finance or Controlling you have collected through relevant internships or work students. Knowledge: Very good MS Office knowledge – especially in Excel and PowerPoint – as well as very good German and English knowledge in word and writing. Team-oriented: You are happy to work in the team, actively participate in projects and are happy to develop together with other creative solutions. Character: You do not give up the first time, are targeted, reliable, committed and will be happy to accept responsibility. We are looking for people with strong analytical skills that act in a solution-oriented manner and enjoy complex tasks.
