We are looking for a dedicated, experienced personality for the gastronomic direction of our operating restaurant in Bergneustadt. If you bring passion for high-quality cuisine, organizational talent and team leadership, you are right with us!

Your duties

• Efficient, intelligent organization of kitchen and operating processes

• Coordinate and initiate your team

• Preparation of food

• Configuring the menu and offer

• Implementation and control of the inventory

• Creation and evaluation of monthly key figures for the kitchen

• Compliance with legal and internal hygiene and quality standards

This will inspire us

• Completed training as cook / cooker
• Practical experience in gastronomy and ideally (first) leadership experience
• Creativity and passion for your profession
• MS Office knowledge desirable
