You take over the management and strategic development of the logistics department for tool technology at the site in Büdelsdorf – from storage to maintenance to timely provision at our construction sites Your area of responsibility includes trusted cooperation with the team leaders, other department leaders and the department manager of warehouse logistics You co-ordinate your teams, promote employees and ensure a smooth run in the daily business You ensure that all special tools are available, tested and ready for use for maintenance, repair and maintenance of wind turbines You are responsible for the planning, control and optimization of stocks, transport processes and tool circuits You ensure that safety, quality and environmental standards are complied with at any time You take over the inter-departmental interface function/communication You are responsible for the defined departmental objectives common to the department management You develop existing processes and implement new logistics solutions in tool management

You have completed vocational training for the specialist in warehouse logistics (m/w/d) or a further training for the logistics master (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification You have several years of experience in logistics or in the technical field, ideally focusing on tool technology or maintenance You bring experience in the leadership of teams or departments, paired with a hand-on mentality Ideally, you have knowledge in the field of test equipment management and special tools You have technical understanding and a good sense of processes and processes You have knowledge in handling warehouse management and ERP systems You are fit in the MS Office applications, especially in Word and Excel You have an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working You are communicative and have good and English skills in word and writing
