We are looking for a highly motivated and detailed person to strengthen our team as an employee (m/w/d) in the incoming goods/stock for our location in Heidelberg at the next possible time. In this position, you are responsible for the acceptance, testing and storage of raw materials in accordance with the GMP guidelines and the quality management system of the company.

receipt of goods and verification whether they match the order number and the shipping document Verification of delivery for visible signs of damage, contamination and other quality problems performing a visual inspection and identity check to confirm that the material is correct and meets the required specifications Ensure that the warehouse is clean, organized and free of security risks Ensure that raw materials are stored in accordance with GMP requirements and business guidelines Conduct regular inventory checks and carry out accurate records of the raw material stock Support for other storage tasks as required

Good English knowledge – You work in an international environment with English specification documents Knowledge of GMP regulations and requirements for the storage and handling of pharmaceutical raw materials Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible environment Good IT skills and routine in handling MS Office and SAP
