The rehabilitation center Godeshöhe in Bonn Bad Godesberg stands for multidisciplinary experience and scientific expertise in the highly qualified neurorehabilitation of all degrees of severity and geriatric rehabilitation.

Your area of responsibility:

• Personnel use monitoring, compliance with planning requirements and guaranteeing a need-adapted personnel use in relation to the quality of care and taking into account the cost-effectiveness
• Monitoring of the specified workflows and the organisation of the division of labour taking into account the qualifications of the individual employees
• Monitoring of the service plan failure management, incl. reporting
• Organisational development according to strategic orientation and current requirements
• Participation in conceptual work with all professional groups involved in the treatment process

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training nursing skills (m/w/d) or comparable
• Ideally qualified in the field of care management or comparable
• Including professional experience; at least three years in a senior position
• Participation in the standby service in the rehabilitation/acute area
• Communication skills and strong social competence and high level of organisational skills
• Responsibility and flexibility
• Experiences in quality management
• Safe handling of computer applications, e.g. Ms Office
• Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
