As an external service employee, you advise your customers and sell our products and services in the fields of construction, wood, and metal crafts. Your goal: Find the best solutions with the greatest benefit for your customers. You attract new customers in the crafts sector, convince them of our quality products, digital procurement and management solutions, as well as electronic connection options, and expand the business relationship with existing customers. You can organize your dates independently. The support of a strong team of regional sales management, internal service, and other departments is safe. You ask the needs of your customers, recognize the need and actively integrate RECA specialists (e.g. system solutions, vehicle devices) into the solution. With your customers you develop long-term and strategic relationships based on trust and service.

Commercial or craft training is advantageous, but no prerequisite. Your passion for crafts and sales is much more important. You speak the language of craftsmanship – clear, concise and adapted to your interlocutors. Feedback actively collects you. Networking is your strength and tool to generate the greatest benefit for your customers. Sharing knowledge actively promotes you.
