Global Customer Service & Parts (GCSP) is responsible for the global parts and service business of Mercedes-Benz AG. The Mercedes-Benz Logistics Center Nuremberg is an important component in the manufacturer's own parts logistics of Europe. As the second stage of the supply chain, it is the link between the central warehouse, the Mercedes-Benz Global Logistics Center in Germersheim, to the customers.
