As Senior IAM/IGA Consultant / Architect:in you are the central technical and professional body for demanding identity-&-access management projects. You develop viable target architectures, accompany complex transformation projects from the first idea to the productive implementation and make sure that technical solutions, governance requirements and customer processes are interlocking. Your tasks in this position include: You develop sophisticated IAM/IGA architectures based on software from leading manufacturers such as One Identity, SailPoint, Okta or OpenSource solutions, taking into account technical, organizational and regulatory requirements. You advise customers on management, department and architecture levels and translate strategic requirements, governance models and business processes into sustainable technical solutions. You take on the overall technical responsibility in complex IAM/IGA projects, meet sound architectural decisions and support project management and consulting teams in critical technical and professional issues. At our large customers, you will conduct workshops on request analysis, provide architecture and strategy advice, first and foremost cross-brand concepts and support our sales in the PreSales. You will explore current developments in the IAM/IGA environment, evaluate their relevance for our customers and bring appropriate innovations specifically into architectural and implementation projects. You actively engage in our nationwide IAM community with more than 60 colleagues, share your knowledge as a mentor:in, support consultants in their professional development and contribute through cooperation, mutual support and exchange of experiences on the continuous development of our community. At the same time, you have the opportunity to learn new things, to absorb impulses and to develop yourself professionally and personally.

You have many years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) and have already designed and successfully implemented complex IAM/IGA architectures in enterprise environments. You have profound knowledge of at least one leading IAM/IGA product such as One Identity Manager, SailPoint IIQ Okta or OpenSource solutions. You have deep knowledge of adjacent technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, SCIM, SOAP/REST APIs, databases, cloud platforms and software development. You are familiar with business processes, compliance and governance requirements and can advise both technical and professional stakeholders. You stand up to customers, present complex facts in a comprehensible way and communicate safely with management, departments and technical teams.
