Our HR Governance & Tools department designs and controls central HR processes and systems in our company. With an eight-member team, we cover a wide range of topics - from work law to personnel controlling and the management of HR systems to Compensation & Benefits. Together with your team you create the framework for effective future-oriented personnel work in the dwpbank. In your role as an expert in labour law, you will ensure that business decisions can be implemented legally, practicable and in constructive dialogue with all stakeholders. Legal advice: You advise executives as well as colleagues from the HR department in a sound and solution-oriented manner on all questions of individual and collective labour law. In doing so, you analyze complex labour law issues, prepare them in a comprehensible manner for relevant stakeholders and develop sustainable and practical solutions together with HR Business partners. Legal support of cross-sectional topics of labour law: You provide technical support for further topics such as the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), the Institute's Remuneration Regulation, Labour Safety, Health Protection and Compliance-relevant labour law issues. Mitbestimmung & Negotiations: You conduct negotiations with the (total) works council as well as the (total) disabled representation and constructively accompany the conclusion of operating and total operating arrangements. Project & committee support: You actively contribute your expertise to projects, status and coordination meetings, and in particular support issues with participation relevance. Legal research & guidelines: You pursue current case law and legislative changes, assess their impact on our company and act as a multiplier for relevant innovations. In addition, you create practical guides and orientation aids and support colleagues in the HR everyday. Training & Knowledge Transfer: You design and conduct training for executives, in particular on labour law issues and on social law with a focus on the law of the seriously handicapped (SGB IX). Contractual advice & contract management: You advise on labour law and civil law issues, in particular on employment contracts and service contracts with HR service providers. In addition, you regularly review labour law documents and templates (e.g. employment contracts, dismissals, terminations, etc.) and ensure their topicality and legal certainty. Jurisdiction & Co-ordination: You participate in judicial negotiations and are responsible for professional correspondence and cooperation with external lawyers.

You are a full lawyer or have successfully completed your legal studies (first state exams) or have a comparable legal degree (e.g. as a Diplom-Jurist) or in the field of economic law. You have several years of professional experience in labour law that you have acquired ideally in a specialized firm or in a corresponding position within a company. Finding knowledge of individual and collective labour law, in particular in the right of establishment, distinguishes you. You also have experience in trusting and constructive cooperation with works councils and other employee representatives. Very good German knowledge on at least C1 level allows you to provide precise, address-oriented communication in word and writing. Good knowledge of English is advantageous. You convince through negotiation skills, empathy and diplomatic appearance and are able to take different perspectives even in sensitive situations and at the same time to represent clear positions. A structured, precise and address-oriented communication is one of your strengths and allows you to understand complex facts, both in conversation and in writing. As a team-oriented personality with a pronounced service-mentality, you work in a solution-oriented manner, appreciate collaboration with different characters and bring openness to change, new methods and innovative topics into the common further development of personal work.
