Our HR Governance & Tools department designs and controls central HR processes and systems in our company. Legal support of cross-sectional topics of labour law: You provide technical support for further topics such as the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), the Institute's Remuneration Regulation, Labour Safety, Health Protection and Compliance-relevant labour law issues.
