The coordination of the EDEKA strategy takes place at the Hamburg EDEKA headquarters. For the EDEKA ZENTRALE Stiftung & Co. KG at the Hamburg site, we are looking for an EDI speaker (m/w/d) in the EDEKA EDI coordination team to strengthen our team in the master data/data services division. EDI coordination of the EDEKA Group is one of the largest internal EDI service providers in Germany. We digitize and optimize the business processes as well as communication paths along the complete supply chain using state-of-the-art tools and technology. Our goal: Ensure efficient and sustainable goods supply for our customers. For this we monitor more than 100,000 electronic messages every day in exchange with our business partners and continuously expand the electronic message exchange by new partners and processes.

EDI integration: You support our team in connecting new business partners to electronic data exchange and monitor daily traffic Process optimization: You take the lead of exciting projects to improve existing EDI processes Controlling & Reporting: You prepare relevant topics and results for the management and specialist bodies of the EDEKA and support the controlling Interface to IT: You form requirements for IT solutions and accompany their technical implementation – always in close coordination with the departments

Technical basis: You have a completed study or a commercial/technical training and have already gained first professional experience in IT or ideally in the EDI environment Technical know-how: You bring a high IT affinity, you know with electronic data exchange (e.g. EDIFACT) and ideally have knowledge of SAP modules MM and SD Communication strength & team spirit: You are a real team player, you will be happy to communicate and be sure – both in writing and oral – and you will enjoy sharing with colleagues: Structured work: You work independently, think analytically and bring good Excel and English skills
