Priority roasting, finishing and food production actively shape the future of our production You know food production not only from textbooks, but from the daily operation? Do you understand production facilities, identify potential for improvement and want to optimize processes sustainably? Then you will be part of our team. For our production site we are looking for an experienced food technologist, technician or master (m/w/d), who continuously develops our finishing and production processes. The focus is on roasting, wort, Schokolier and further refinement processes. You work closely with production, technology and product development and ensure that our plants remain efficient, efficient and sustainable. Your duties Continuous analysis and optimization of production and refinement processes Identification of vulnerabilities and derivation and implementation of sustainable improvement measures Independent management and implementation of CVP and optimization projects Increase in plant performance, availability, product quality and resource efficiency Optimization of process parameters for roasting, worting, Schokolier and further refinement processes Support in the introduction of new products and production processes together with product development Implementation and evaluation of experiments directly at the production plants Analysis of production indicators and evidence of the effectiveness of implemented measures Planning and control of optimization budgets Coordination of external service providers and plant manufacturers Technical contact for production, quality assurance, technology and product development Active support of technical conversions, extensions and process improvements This is expected

What you bring Your profile (m/w/d), specialist in food technology (m/w/d) or comparable food technology training Continuing training to master, technician or a comparable qualification of advantage Multiannual professional experience in food production Ideally experience in the areas of roasting, worting, Schocolating, drying or comparable finishing processes Very good understanding of production processes, plants and process relationships Experience with KVP, lean management or production optimization Embossed hand-on mentality and joy in implementing improvements Analytical and Structured Operation High self-initiative and sense of responsibility Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different disciplines
