Technical management of a small team as well as planning personnel deployment

Ensuring the functionality and maintenance of the supervised objects according to contractual requirements Coordination of external service providers and acceptance of services and supervision of contract performance Contact for customers Support in awarding offers Creation of documentation and reports

Complete training, e.g. as plant mechanic SHK, central heating and ventilation engineer, gas and water installer or a comparable qualification Master HKLS of advantage (also freshly completed) or corresponding professional experience in a similar function

Professional experience in building maintenance or construction site management Leadership experience of advantage High customer and service orientation as well as a structured operation
