In this responsible position, you take over the responsible, independent management and control of your area with currently around 50 employees in the areas of credit secretariat, credit analysis and special credit management. You bring your expertise to the further development of the risk strategy, operational risk management, early detection of default risks, the implementation of regulatory requirements and credit templates. The design, implementation and continuous development of efficient and digitized processes are always an accompanying factor of your activity. You actively participate in the planning and implementation of strategic projects, are the first contact persons for external auditors and consultants for the management in the credit business. In your function, you act as a savings partner of the management and help our client develop strategically and sustainably.
