As Office Assistant, you are responsible for all matters of the superordinate office and fleet organization at our location in Cologne and are an important support for the teams on site in your daily work. You are the contact person for commercial topics for our branches You take care of the timely implementation and ensuring the completeness and topicality in our systems You check in & output invoices and reminders As part of the real estate management, you will deal with topics such as GEZ notifications, sightings, etc. You manage and care the fleet in our systems

You have a successfully completed commercial training You are well organized, sorgst for harmonic processes and never lose sight of the processes and deadlines on site You're strong in communication, keep track of information in a conscientious manner, and thus optimise our workflow You have good knowledge of working with MS Office programs and are affin for dealing with digital applications
