Lead and develop a strong team: You take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of our five-headed central talent and learning team, set clear priorities and continuously develop our services and work together with your team. Introducing digital HR systems across the Group: You are responsible for designing and rollout of our central HR solutions, in particular from our Applicant Tracking System, Learning Management System and the Onboarding Solution, end-to-end from request intake to stable operation. strategic development of talent: You are opting for our recruiting processes and sourcing strategies, establishing standards and governance, controlling and responsible for central recruiting and personal marketing measures as well as cooperation with external partners. Promoting learning, leadership and development: You develop our group-wide learning offerings and structures and shape strategic development initiatives, including a leadership program for future clinic leaders to support our management and succession development. Development of onboarding throughout the group: Together with your team, you analyze our onboarding landscape and develop group-wide standards and ensure that new employees arrive in a structured, efficient and positive experience. Arrange transformation in the organization: You work closely and proactively with management, personnel management, works council, executives and ensure that new processes and systems come and live in our locations with change, communication and enablement measures.

You have completed your studies, an education or a comparable qualification – ideally related to human resources management, business or digitization – and bring multi-year relevant experience in talent acquisition, learning & development, HR transformation or a comparable HR environment. You have already managed teams or successfully managed people, projects and cross-disciplinary initiatives in a responsible role and want to combine leadership with active design. You know the challenges of complex HR projects and experience the introduction or further development of digital HR solutions and processes – for example in recruiting, onboarding or learning. You think processes end-to-end, recognize standardization and scaling potentials and create the ability to develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions from different requirements. You combine project and change management expertise with analytical and structured thinking, identify standardization and scaling potentials and successfully implement complex projects. You can safely move into complex stakeholder structures, communicate with your address and work independently and proactively with our locations as well as central partner and interface areas. Experience with recruiting, learning, or other HR systems such as SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or comparable solutions is of advantage – it is more important to us that you understand processes, take responsibility and change successfully into implementation.
