Head of exciting projects (concept, planning, preparation, implementation and refurbishment) in the field of (emnichannel) events, interdisciplinary cooperation at eye level with other agency colleagues from other disciplines, unions and partners Guided by creative browsing, self-responsible creation of holistic event and communication concepts, for example creative show and artist concepts – often and more and more with the inclusion of digital action mechanisms, social media etc. Research & negotiations, including with service providers and partners, locations, artists, trade fair construction companies and hotels Fully and independent advice and support for demanding premium customers Expansion of existing customers Creative Guide and Deck Guide for Concepts and Presentations for New and Existing Customers Creation and processing of detailed cost plans, bills and offers Optimization of internal work processes and processes with external partners Leadership and further development of employees

Multiannual professional experience (as manager:in about 3-5, as senior minimum. 5-7years) as project management at an event agency or on the company side, with experience in or with agencies very important to us Completed training or comparable studies in event management/marketing Funded knowledge in creating concepts and in their presentation Knowledge of MS Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint Good knowledge of Office 365, especially MS Teams and MS Planner Professional knowledge of the event industry, the MICE business and closely related industries and Departments Great interest in current media, event and stage trends Organizational talent with a high quality awareness and a solution-oriented way of working Business sense of responsibility and analytical thinking Safe, binding occurrence and pronounced social competence Very good English skills
