You are an integral part of the decision-making process in terms of settings, contract extensions and termination of the employment relationship within the company You analyze internal dashboards to create reports on key performance figures for managers at your location You are contact:in for local executives to discuss topics such as absence, staff placement and employee satisfaction You guide a team of HR assistants with predefined strategies and support them in organizing their daily tasks and priorities You help employees develop their performance and work quality by developing coaching plans together with partner teams You help solve employee problems such as complaints, appeals and disciplinary questions. You delve into escalation cases for partner teams as needed You make sure the team works properly at the site and maintains their predefined SLA. You talk to the managers: how to improve the location for the benefit of employees You take responsibility for projects and process optimizations that help to achieve our corporate goals

A degree or a comparable professional qualification Experience in a position as HR Generalist:in Advanced knowledge of German and English in word and writing (CEFR: C1) Preferred qualifications: Experience with regular compilation of reports and data analyses. An affinity in dealing with IT systems; able to analyze multiple online dashboards to draw information. Experience in communication with, and influencing, various interest groups, including colleagues and executives. Experience in negotiations with an works council in Germany.
