You take responsibility for sales and budget for a selected customer portfolio and a specific country region Through targeted acquisition, you will win new distributors and key accounts and intensify existing partnerships sustainably The creation, revision and maintenance of contract and registration documents is also part of your task You develop existing customer relationships strategically, optimise budgets and business plans and actively promote sales processes In close cooperation with the goods management system (WWS), you design efficient planning and ordering processes Take care of the product listing, wrap orders and create precise forecasts

You have 4-6 years of experience in management, ideally in the export and distributor sector of the FMCG industry, preferably focusing on cosmetics and beauty You also work independently and independently, with a clear focus on results and a “Getting-things-done” mentality Your analytical skills combined with unearthed thinking enable you to successfully manage and pragmatically implement projects in day-to-day operations You bring comprehensive experience in the FMCG and beauty industry as well as a strong network with distributor contacts with As a team player, you think of solution-oriented and show a high “Ownership” mentality to actively address challenges You communicate safely in German and English and are able to conduct high-level negotiations
