You are the first contact for our customers and support them with questions about our Vodafone products and services. You solve customer requests sovereignly and empathically via various communication channels such as phone and email. Your outstanding support will help you build a strong customer loyalty and increase customer satisfaction

Your positive radiance and enthusiasm are contagious and make you a real service champion. You burn for telecommunications and are always up to date in this fast-paced industry. Self-employed work and the quality of your work are particularly important to you. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C1 level) as well as security in dealing with common PC applications are of course for you.
