Our employees support mentally impaired parents and their children in their environment. As part of the social pedagogical family support, we accompany families through looking work, strengthen educational issues and help them cope with their everyday lives. We are also assisting parents, other parental leavers, children, adolescents and educational professionals, with the aim of clarifying and managing individual and family-related challenges.

• Structure & Organisation: Help in dealing with authorities and institutions
• Consultation & Crisis Management: competent contact person in life-structural problems and difficult situations
• Cooperation: Cooperation with other services, institutions and bodies
• Fall management: Support for individual goals and creating social reports and documentation
• Sic production of child welfare: enge cooperation in the multi-professional team and with competent network partners
• Consequent on educational questions: Strengthening parental competence through counselling and relationship work
• Support for family recreation

IHR PROFIL: qualified and motivated

• Qualification: completed studies as a social pedagogue/social worker or an education as a nurse, medical pedagogue or educator or the like (with state recognition)
• Personality: empathy, safe judgment, psychological resilience, pronounced communication skills and personal commitment
