You support the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns, especially for our webshop and social media channels You analyze sales figures, customer behavior, and market trends, and make specific recommendations for action You actively participate in the optimization of our webshop, for example through product presentations, content creation and conversion optimization You plan and accompany projects in the areas of brand building and customer loyalty, from conception to evaluation You participate in the processing of customer requests and develop suggestions for process optimization in support workflow
