With us in the advita house we are important that old care does not always go fast and husch husch. This is due to the fact that we have fewer residents coming to a nursing or care professional than in some other institutions. This is particularly appreciated by colleagues who previously worked in a hospital or nursing home.

For our establishment Wernigerode we are looking for a Pflegefachkraft/Teamleitung (m/w/d) for the Pflege-Wohngemeinschaft at the next possible time. The place must be occupied in parttime (30-35 hours/week).

Our clients are supplied directly in the nursing community. For example, we support professional caregivers or household workers who take away a lot of work and make the job more comfortable in the care of the elderly.

Tasks

• Treatment care
• Individual and needs-oriented care of our clients

• Communication with doctors, clinics and relatives
• Medication and regulation management
• Technical documentation

Preconditions

• Completed three-year training in nursing or nursing
• Class B driving licence
• Very good communication capability
