Projektmanager/ Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Project support:You support the branch management for operational and strategic projects in food wholesale trade. Participation in the national BIM team (Business Improvement Management) as a representative of the branch. Development and implementation of improvement measures to increase efficiency and process stability. Process control: You monitor, control and optimize the daily processes in receipt of goods, commissioning and shipping. Interface work: You continuously optimize existing process processes in close cooperation with relevant specialist areas such as warehouse, fleet, meat processing, BID and sales. KPI analysis: New processes are developed and documented by you in a clear and comprehensible manner. Documentation: New processes are developed and documented by you together with the specialist departments. Controlling: You actively participate in the further development of the company controlling. Management responsibility: You support the location management in the day-to-day business and gradually take over the professional leadership of smaller teams.

Qualification: Successfully completed studies (business management, logistics, supply chain management, economic engineering, computer science) or comparable training. Experiences: First experience in process management or similar fields of activity are desirable. Working methods: You are characterized by a structured, solution-oriented manner of operation and a clear and addressee-just communication. Interface competency: You have the ability to reliably identify interfaces and interdepartmental dependencies. IT-Affinity: High affinity for digital tools and automation technologies. Personality: High willingness to use, analytical thinking, communication strength and firm will to take over leadership responsibility. Languages: Very good German knowledge in word and writing
