Support and advice from interested parties:in all aspects of the Rental and sale of free warehouse, logistics and production areas as well as undeveloped land and projects in the NRW area Acquisition and processing of single market orders as well as of new customers and objects Conception and implementation of marketing measures Rental negotiations up to signing Support and control of our sales partners and in-house teams Care and development of our network at regional and national level Travel activities in the care area – Central Germany / North Rhine-Westphalia

Completed commercial training; ideally with a focus on real estate or property-specific training Including professional experience in the marketing of commercial properties Embossed acquisition and negotiation skills and communication strength Customer-oriented and entrepreneurial action Analytical skills and data affinity Interdisciplinary thinking and team skills Experienced handling of MS Office applications readiness to travel Very good German and good English skills
