Analysis, optimization and standardization of end-to-end production processes Support, configuration and further development of ERP-based production processes including interfaces Advising the specialist areas for efficient process and system solutions as well as for best practices Recording, evaluating and prioritizing technical requirements Creation of specialist and solution concepts and decision templates Working in digitalization and transformation projects Control and coordination of external service providers and implementation partners Test management support, training and application support Introduction of new processes, functions and technologies Ensuring stable, performant operation of relevant business applications

successfully completed studies in the field of economics, computer science, technical training or comparable qualifications multiannual professional experience in ERP-based production consulting and process design in the industrial environment sound understanding of production processes Experience in the design, implementation and optimization of ERP processes Knowledge in process modeling, change management, test and release management independent, structured and reliable operation combined with outstanding conceptual skills and problem-solving competence Communication strength with a high level of team capability very good German knowledge (at least C2 level) and good English knowledge (at least B2 level) in word and writing
