Head of Quality Management & Laboratory (m/f/d)

At the RAUCH location in Baruth you take the lead for the central areas of quality management, quality assurance and laboratory and microbiology In your function, you develop the strategic and operational orientation of the areas and implement them in coordination with the management and group of companies You are responsible for all processes in the respective field – from the laboratory control of raw, auxiliary and final products to the continuous optimization of the processes for ensuring product quality and product safety In cooperation with your team leaders, you are responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits You control the implementation and further development of the HACCP concept for the Baruth site You promote a location-wide quality awareness that is lived across all hierarchy levels You motivate, inform and promote your employees, set goals, and live the RAUCH corporate culture

You bring multi-year professional experience in a leading position in the laboratory or in the quality assurance/quality management sector – ideally in the food or beverage industry You're drawing yourself through a pronounced surgical-excellence mintset and using proven methods for structured problem solving. You have a deep understanding of quality management systems, laboratory processes and regulatory requirements You convince with leadership skills, communication strength, enforcement ability and a high degree of reliability You bring good knowledge of English
