Strategic cooperation: You develop the company-wide strategy (including vision, mission and goals) and support departments and teams in their strategic orientation. Market and competition analysis: You identify trends, evaluate data and use them to identify optimization potentials and support strategic decisions. Project management: You initiate and conduct cross-departmental projects with a strategic focus, creating new structures and actively driving change processes. Networked work: You work closely with other organizational units and ensure a smooth flow of information.

University degree in the field of economics or in a comparable course of studies, as an alternative to a comparable degree of training with corresponding relevant professional experience. Relevant experience in strategy development or project management is desirable. Advanced knowledge in MS-Office and ideally JIRA. Structured working and analytical thinking to penetrate complex issues. Knowledge in banking or a theme-related finance area of advantage. Change management: In a dynamic environment with frequently changing priorities and time pressure, you keep a cool head and keep the focus.
