As a leader in the Business Unit multisensory coordinate measuring instruments (mCMM), you take responsibility for sales, profitability and strategy of the Performance category and run the development and customer acceptance teams. Conducting speed, innovation and performance You drive cross-platform roadmaps, advance technological excellence and secure customer benefit through close cooperation with software, electronics, firmware, manufacturing and service.

You bear the sales and margin responsibility of the CMM performance category; You control profitability through product life cycle, pricing and variant options.

You direct the development and customer acceptance teams and drive definition, development and industrialization of platform systems.

You are a member of the management team of BU mCMM; You create roadmaps, prioritize resources and secure commitments.

You map the same roadmaps with software, control, electronics, sensor and firmware development as well as other product categories and define clear deliverables.

You assume cross-functional responsibility within the business unit; You prioritize cross-departmental coordination, identify risks early and fix them.

You coordinate interfaces to production engineering and service; You ensure standard maturity, quality and delivery goals and integrate after-sales feedback

Multiannual experience in product development with responsibility for results, ideally in the industrialization of precision mechanics/mechatronics/rotation/movement systems.

Detection of complex development and product care projects; strong interface management for production, purchasing, service, sales.

Experience in the leadership of international, interdisciplinary teams in global matrix structures and in the strategic management of technology and product portfolios – including budget responsibility and roadmap development.

Understanding customer needs in the application, systematically translate into concrete R&D criteria, ensuring accuracy, dynamics, reliability and seamless system integration.

Convincing communication skills to the R&D team, different stakeholders and management.
