1. Customs declaration and customs clearance Responsible for import and export declarations within Germany and the European Union Examination and production of customs declaration documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc. The customs declaration must be made via the online system. 2.Conservation and management of customs declaration Correct classification of HS Code/CCT heading Calculate and declare: Import turnover tax Ensure compliance with the EU Customs Code (UCC) and German customs regulations.
2. Customs communication and response to audits Keep in touch with the German customs office. Support in the settlement of customs controls, tax payments, fines and disputes. Prepare for customs inspection and cooperate.

• Study of logistics, international trade, business management or related courses As an alternative, a relevant vocational training in Germany (e.g. a forwarding businessman/wife). More than 2 years of experience in customs declarations in Germany or the EU Knowledge of the EU Customs Code (UZK) and the German customs regulations Experience with rules of origin and preferential duties is advantageous. Knowledge of online customs registration systems Negotiating German English skills are required and enable fluid oral and written communication with customs officers. Knowledge of the Chinese language in word and writing is advantageous. Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
