As part of the real estate and facility management department, we are central contact persons for the technical, infrastructural and commercial issues surrounding the buildings of Stromnetz Berlin GmbH. We provide an attractive and safe working environment, flanked by services in the fields of business gasonomy, document management and fleet.

With the help of tracking and updating orders for maintenance measures Creation and further development of evaluations and reports from the CAFM system to support the operational technical facility management Support in the maintenance and structuring of plant data in the CAFM software Your further tasks include: support in the control of external service providers Working with smaller projects in different FM disciplines Creation of dashboards/overviews for different FM areas

Continuous study (immatriculated) of the study direction Facility Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable study Basic understanding of technical systems, building structures and relationships in facility management Safe handling of data and structured and careful operation Plus no need: independent and reliable handling of tasks Structured and accurate operation in the maintenance of data and documentation Open and estimating communication in exchange with internal departments and external service providers

We support the compatibility with the study by flexible working hours and a number of fixed dates. Working time is max. 20 hours/week, during the semester holidays max. 37 hours/week. A minimum period of 6 or 12 months - an extension is possible after consultation. We offer varied and responsible tasks.
