For activity you need The qualification for the fourth level of qualification in the field of natural science and technology with a technical focus on engineering and environmental management services; or A completed academic degree programme (Diplom-Ingenieur/in University or Master) of a suitable subject, e.g. civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering (construction statistics, reinforced concrete, steel and wood construction) The existence of the special and compelling conditions according to § 10 para. 1 AuditVBau for approval by the Bavarian State Ministry for Housing, Construction and Transport At least ten years of experience in the erection and testing of stability certificates
