Your commercial activities:

• Telephone and written customer correspondence in German and English
• Collection and maintenance of customer orders in the ERP system
• Creating offers and tracking in close coordination with Projektleiter (m/w/d)
• Communication and coordination of delivery dates with customers / Date management
• Processing and documentation of customer complaints

Take this with you:

• Experience in customer service and order management
• Safe handling of MS Office applications, ideally Experience with an ERP system
• Good German - and English in Word and Writing
• Structured, service-oriented working and team spirit
