As part of a structured trainee program, you will learn about the tasks and processes of brokerage and will gradually be guided to take over your own tasks. In particular, the following activities are expected: knowledge of broker sales and relevant sales and market structures Support for the support and development of sales partners Cooperation in the preparation and implementation of distributive activities Participation in talks and appointments with sales partners Preparation of evaluations, presentations and sales-related documents Use and maintenance of distribution support systems and applications Cooperation with internal departments and sales units Participation in internal and external training measures

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Interest in sales and business relations Communication strength and safe occurrence High willingness to learn and initiative Structured and independent operation Teamability and customer orientation Safe handling of digital applications readiness to travel within the South Sales Area
